Special trainings are organized for our members who interact with clients, investigators and healthcare professionals. Mandatory trainings on data confidentiality and data dissemination are organized frequently for all the team members. All our writers sign non-disclosure agreement with us prior to joining. Further, we do not have a free lancer model of work and all our writers are full time employees.
We have a unique model for training the new entrants that revolves around interactive classroom sessions and assigning to buddy and mentor. All new entrants receive training on internal SOP’s and IT policies. Buddy and mentors are assigned to make them feel comfortable and guide them through the work.

After earning her PhD from the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences - New Delhi, she worked at various positions at International Clinical Epidemiology Network and clinical research laboratories. Prior to founding Knowledge Isotopes, she worked at Novartis Healthcare where she worked in key portfolios of infectious diseases, Cardiovascular and Acute Heart Failure. She is experienced in all the aspects of medical writing, publication planning and strategy and client coordination for both mature and new brands. She is a corporate trainer on niche topics and has delivered trainings and workshops at reputed pharmaceutical companies.
Prof. Narendra Kumar Arora holds a M.D. from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi (India). He received M.M.Sc in Clinical Epidemiology & Bio-Statistics from the University of Newcastle, Australia under the INCLEN Program.
He worked as a faculty member since 1983 and as a Professor of Pediatrics Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences from 2004 – 2007. Presently, he is Adjunct Professor (Research) Public Health Foundation of India. Since 2005, he is serving as Executive Director of The INCLEN Trust International and also holds the post of Executive Director for Child Health Research Nutrition Research Initiative (CHNRI) since January 2010.
Prof. Arora is renowned public health expert in India and extensively involved in policy making, program planning, implementation and evaluation of public health programs at National and International level. He has been involved as Principal Investigator/Co-Investigator in over 60 major research projects funded by national (DST, ICMR, GOI-MOH, AIIMS) & international agencies (WHO, UNICEF, USAID, World Bank, INCLEN). He has extensively contributed in the development of training and health education tools for primary health care, and has participated in various public health education programs. He is the recipient of various prestigious awards and distinctions for academic excellence and research endeavors.
Dr. (Mrs.) Madhu Sharma is an Associate Professor in Department of Forestry at North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Arunachal Pradesh. She is a wood scientist and presently engaged in xylotomy, wood properties of plantation timbers and utilization potential of lesser known timbers of Eastern Himalayas. Through her research program, she has supervised 25 under graduates, 09 post graduates and currently supervising 04 Ph.D. students. She has contributed 22 research papers in national and international journals of repute. She is recipient of prestigious Nanda Memorial Young Scientist Award from Indian Society of Tree Scientists for her outstanding research work in the field of Wood Science and Technology. She is member of professional societies like ISTE and IAWS. She is also member of Board of Studies and Departmental Post Graduate Committee of forestry department of NERIST.
Dr. Raj Kumar Yadav holds MD from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. He is a faculty at the reputed All India Institute of Medical sciences, New Delhi. He has more than 20 years experience in academics, clinical research and patient care. He has contributed to more than 80 peer scientific publications in International and National journals, chapters in books, and presentations and lectures at conferences. He is actively involved in clinical research which spans through areas from physiology, gynecology and surgery.
